We were recommended to get our shutters through On Time Blinds, and was very very happy we did. From our first visit to installation, it has been so easy. All shutters, zip lock blinds, verishades done in our entire house, and they look fabulous. Guy talked us through the process, and was always re-assuring, and his team were friendly and professional.
